The Tatler Gen.T Summit 2026 concluded on 28 October at Nex Hall, Siam Paragon, Bangkok, following two days of conversations on leadership, decision-making and building in a world where established playbooks no longer apply.
Held under the theme “The Defining Generation”, the Summit brought together next-generation leaders, founders, investors and changemakers from Thailand, across Asia and beyond. The programme centred on a simple question: what can today's leaders learn from those who have gone first?
Rather than focusing solely on success stories, the Summit explored the decisions, setbacks and methods behind them, giving attendees practical perspectives to apply to their own leadership journeys.

Across mainstage conversations, masterclasses and smaller group discussions, the programme explored three central themes: The First Move, examining how leaders act without certainty; The Inner Game, focusing on judgement, resilience and performance under pressure; and Built From Here, exploring how Asian perspectives and experiences can become advantages on the global stage.
The speaker line-up brought together pioneers from business, sport, culture and social impact.
Chess grandmaster Judit Polgár discussed how to think clearly and make decisions amid complexity, while Jirayut “Topp” Srupsrisopa, founder and group CEO of Bitkub, addressed the importance of building systems that sustain ambition.
Other featured voices included Pita Limjaroenrat, senior democracy visiting fellow at Harvard Kennedy School; Khalida Popal, former captain of Afghanistan’s first women’s national football team; and Punnat Punsri, Thailand’s No.1 poker player.
Together, the conversations offered fresh perspectives on navigating uncertainty, challenging convention and creating meaningful impact.

The Summit extended beyond formal sessions, creating opportunities for attendees to exchange ideas, develop relationships and engage with peers across industries.
Curated networking, intimate discussions and evening socials brought delegates together in a setting designed to encourage conversations beyond their usual professional circles.
Thai alternative rock band Tilly Birds also took the stage to discuss creative collaboration and the evolution of their work, then closed the Summit with a live performance of their greatest hits.

This year also marked a significant milestone for Tatler Gen.T, coinciding with the tenth anniversary of its Leaders of Tomorrow platform, which launched in Hong Kong in 2016.
Over the past decade, Gen.T has developed a community of more than 3,500 honourees across ten markets, recognising individuals shaping the future of business, culture and society in Asia.
The Summit reflected this wider mission by connecting people who are challenging established thinking, creating opportunities for exchange and equipping the next generation of leaders with ideas they can put into practice.
