Asia’s next generation of leaders will gather in Bangkok on 27–28 October to learn from the people who went first

Tatler Gen.T Summit returns to Bangkok on 27–28 October 2026 at Siam Paragon, bringing together 300 curated attendees from Thailand, across Asia and around the world.

Under this year’s theme, The Defining Generation, the Summit will convene leaders and pioneers who have broken new ground across business, culture, sport and beyond — not simply to recount what they achieved, but to share the thinking, decisions and lessons that shaped how they got there.

A leadership Summit built for those without a playbook

The Tatler Gen.T Summit is the leadership event for Asia’s next generation, bringing together honest conversations, practical methods and meaningful connections for people building in a world where established models are constantly being challenged.

Designed to move beyond the traditional conference format, the two-day programme combines mainstage conversations, intimate masterclasses, curated networking and social and cultural experiences.

The emphasis is on practical insight: how leaders make decisions under pressure, act before certainty arrives, challenge established assumptions and build ideas with relevance beyond their immediate markets.

The Defining Generation

Leadership today is being shaped amid extraordinary change. Technology is transforming industries at unprecedented speed, established models are being challenged, and many of the decisions facing today’s leaders come without an obvious precedent.

For the generation stepping forward now, there is no single playbook.

The Gen.T Summit asks what can be learned from those who moved first — people who acted before certainty arrived, built credibility without an established path or created something the world had not seen before.

The 2026 programme is structured around three content pillars:

The First Move

How do you act before you have permission, certainty, authority or an established model? Sessions will explore what it takes to recognise an opportunity, make the first move and build conviction while the outcome remains unknown.

The Inner Game

Leadership is shaped as much by what happens internally as externally. Conversations will examine how high performers manage attention, judgement, pressure, energy and difficult decisions when the stakes are high.

Built From Here

What if where you come from is an advantage? This pillar explores how Thai and Asian culture, knowledge and experience can inform ideas with global relevance — and how leaders can build for the world without losing what makes their perspective distinctive.

Together, the three pillars are designed to give attendees greater clarity, practical frameworks and fresh perspectives they can apply to the decisions they are making now.

Meet the speakers

The Tatler Gen.T Summit 2026 brings together an international line-up of pioneers across business, sport, culture and social impact, each offering a different perspective on what it means to go first.

Judit Polgár, chess grandmaster and the only woman to have been ranked among the world’s top 10 chess players, will explore how to cut through information overload and make clearer decisions under pressure.

Pita Limjaroenrat, Senior Democracy Visiting Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, will explore adaptation, continual learning and building relationships for the long term.

Khalida Popal, founding member and former captain of Afghanistan’s first women’s national football team, will share lessons on building credibility, earning trust and mobilising people around a shared purpose.

Nottapon “Kai” Boonprakob, film director, screenwriter and founder of underDOC Film, whose credits include Netflix’s Mad Unicorn and The Evil Lawyer, will explore how distinctly local stories can resonate with global audiences.

Punnat Punsri, Thailand’s top-ranked poker player and 2025 GPI Player of the Year, will share how discipline, calculated risk-taking and clear decision-making under pressure have shaped his rise on the global poker stage.

Jirayut “Topp” Srupsrisopa, founder and group CEO of Bitkub, will share practical lessons from building and scaling a category-defining business while navigating one of Asia’s fastest-evolving industries.

The programme also features two-time Guinness World Record-breaking endurance athlete Natalie Dau; Nicholas Simon, founder of Thailand-based Indochina Productions; Shannon Kalayanamitr, founder, investor and Shark on Shark Tank Thailand; Opal Suchata, Thailand’s first Miss World winner; Althea Lim, co-founder and group CEO of Gushcloud International; and Natavudh “Moo” Pungcharoenpong, founder of Ookbee and 500 TukTuks and judge on Shark Tank Thailand.

Beyond the mainstage

The Gen.T Summit is designed to turn ideas into action through experiences that extend beyond mainstage conversations.

Attendees will be able to take ideas further through smaller masterclasses and sessions, connect with founders, investors, creators, executives and next-generation leaders through curated networking, and continue those conversations through social and cultural programming including Bangkok After Hours.

The Summit will also feature Thai alternative rock band Tilly Birds, who will join the programme for a conversation on creativity and evolution followed by a live performance on 28 October.

Together, these elements create an experience centred on exchange, discovery and meaningful connection — both on and beyond the stage.
